We offer $12.95 flat rate shipping via USPS and UPS to the United States only.

If you need expedited shipping, please place your order and email us to arrange 2-day or overnight delivery.

Special orders take 3 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on availability.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason you may return it, unused and in its original packaging, for an exchange or refund. ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE. No returns will be accepted thereafter.

You are responsible for the postage to ship your return/exchange items back, unless PC Equestrian deems it to be due to a manufacturer's defect.

For exchanges, you will be charged $9.95 shipping and any price differences for the replacement item(s).

Returns/exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the item(s).

TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE: Download, fill out and follow the mailing instructions of our return/exchange form. Make sure to enclose the form and a copy of the original invoice with the carefully packaged goods.
